Announcement of establishing a new company “Aristoteles Partners, Inc.”

We are pleased to announce that Aristoteles Partners, Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Satoshi Koga) has been established as our affiliate company.

Aristoteles Partners, Inc. serves as a company, covering the principal business areas (human business development and productivity innovation) of CELM and the opportunities of developing client companies’ new business, to promote corporate venture capital (CVC) business together with client companies.

As the first CVC, CELM group engages in investing and assisting domestic and overseas HR tech venture companies with new technologies, intellectual properties and human resources which lead to the enhancement of client companies’ human resource development and invigoration, efficiency of organizational management, and productivity of operations.
In the future, we are planning to assist our client companies’ new business development linked to human resource development in a practical basis by collaborating in the development operations of CVC schemes.

The new company was named after a philosopher in ancient times, Aristoteles. In tribute to Aristoteles who is the “Father of Western Philosophy,” a practical scientist and a Peripatetic philosopher, the new company will carry out its function of investment and business development which implement CELM group’s open innovation.
