Company C set about identifying and cultivation executives among overseas national staff with the attempt to carry out a rapid development of the business overseas.
There is a need for the human resources hired as executives a overseas bases to have a strong sense of loyalty to their company and o be leaders who realize the company’s values. Furthermore, they have decided to invite them to Japan for a workshop in order to enhance their understanding and agreement with the company’s philosophy because networks and relationships at the headquarters and within the group are extremely important for overseas managers at the same time as giving them the opportunity to share information and concerns as leaders in relation to their respective companies and to learn from each other.

    One-week intensive training camp including sessions researching case studies from the company and sessions with the opportunity to speak directly to the top executives about corporate philosophy, values and strategy..

    The training camp was designed not only to acquire management skills but also to build net works with the leaders of other group companies.

  3. ACTION

    The first camp was held in Japan, fut future sessions will be rotated between different retions, including Asia, America and Europe.
