Issue

Company E had a major problem in training managers who could lead in carrying out the growth strategy. Especially, the company considered it important that managers established their own management styles within a year after their promotion by attaining sufficient results in performance and human resource training.
In order to (not regard their previous supervisors who trained them as ideal, but) paint their own visions of organization and acquire principles of action/maxims, a-year-long program includes the cycles of setting agendas and actions, practicing actions on-site, and studying the results while receiving advice from strategy mentors.

    Drafting their own “Ten Maxims”, practicing them to brush up and establish the maxims

    Recording monthly activities as a visionary leader to visualize the practices

    Together with conducting a regular survey among supervisors of participants, sharing achievements of the program with organizations

    Conducting multiple course of coaching and reflecting after a certain period of time
