Post M&A pervasion of vision and philosophy; organizational vitalization

Issue

Former Company I and former company J integrated their management and set forth a mid-term management plan to be realized by capitalizing on each company’s strength. However, the differences between the previous corporate climates and values of those two companies caused discrepancies in daily operations. Thus, the initial goal for realizing the mid-term management plan was set to “establish an atmosphere where everyone works harmoniously” and measures were taken for the purpose of unifying the views of middle level employees.

    Conducting the 2-day program which targeted group managers for all group managers over a year

  2. ACTION

    Identifying the difference and common ground in values and work ethics that can be seen from the middle level employees of former company I and former company J, redirecting their attentions to a vision of what they should do in the future, and setting their minds to share the vision together
