Issue課題・背景

In Company A, the executives described a sense of crisis at a decline in recent years in the company’s corporate culture of “holding thorough discussions among all team members and then making the decision by the team leader who takes all responsibility and putting it into practice straight away”, once considered to be the strength of company.
The followings were implemented with the attempt to let department managers, who have he biggest impact on the corporate culture in the workplace, begins to see that the crisis felt by the top managers was their own crisis.
After this, the plan will be implemented to the section managers as similar measures.

  1. ACTION

    4-months program for all department managers

  2. ACTION

    During the program, a system was implemented to give feedback on the behavior of all participants (self-assessment tools, sharing program between participants)

  3. ACTION

    The company’s executives were involved and ways of bringing commitment out of the department managers were incorporated into the program.

  4. ACTION

    Assessments were carried out at the start and end of the program and any changes were identified.
