In Company A, the executives described a sense of crisis at a decline in recent years in the company’s corporate culture of “holding thorough discussions among all team members and then making the decision by the team leader who takes all responsibility and putting it into practice straight away”, once considered to be the strength of company.
The followings were implemented with the attempt to let department managers, who have he biggest impact on the corporate culture in the workplace, begins to see that the crisis felt by the top managers was their own crisis.
After this, the plan will be implemented to the section managers as similar measures.
