Research and development have an infinite number of breakthrough points such as techniques, human resources, methodologies, and organizations. Company G had awareness of the issues that especially young researchers in these days had poor breakthrough abilities when they meet obstacles. Therefore, measures and policies were taken to externalize “aspirations” which would be the source of the power to “overcome by any means” when they meet obstacles and strongly aware of such aspirations. These measures and policies are expected to be carried on as the company’s tradition.
