Born in Shizuoka. After graduating from the Faculty of Agriculture, Tokyo University of Agriculture in 1998, he joined NICHIREI Corporation. Mainly in the Human Resource Department, he engaged in recruitment services, planning entire company training programs, and reforming a personnel system. He joined CELM in 2001 and engaged in establishing Kansai Branch Office in 2002. He established FIRST CAREER, Inc. and was appointed as the Representative Director and President in 2006. He consolidated and developed various know-how knowledge for fostering young personnel to promote the realization of substantive human resource development in companies and organizations. In 2015, he was appointed as the CEO of RISE Japan, Inc. which runs International Preschool/Afterschool, and opened RISE Japan's first school in Daikanyama in 2016. Since 2018, he has been concurrently in charge of NANAIRO, Inc. which promotes the diversity and inclusion of organizations such as disabled persons’ employment.
